The equipment package includes everything you need to run the first truck in the business including the uniforms, vehicle wrap, spare parts, tools and starter kit of supplies - there's nothing more to buy to get started.

It largely depends on the operator but the system is built for scale. We ran our own operation to approx ~1.25M (Ex GST) with ~20% net margins prior to franchising.
There is definately a sweet spot per territory, we'd love to help serious operators get into multi territory ownership if the fit is right!
A day to day single truck operation is around 70% cranking out the jobs and 30% quoting, organising, planning and relationship building.
This split swings a little depending on how busy you get - importantly this the type of business that rewards people that can check their ego at the door and don't mind getting stuck in and getting their hands dirty.
As you scale up the day to day moves more into sales, managing a small team and operations tasks.
Most of our partners work a 5 day week with plenty of flexibility.
We run a 10% royalty based on your revenue. We don't get paid unless you do. It's that simple and we both have skin in the game on growth. We don't have any other hidden costs outside of a small group software charge around $30 per month as it works out cheaper for you that way.
There are obviously other costs to running a business, we can run through this on your call but we've kept our side of things simple and high value.
We run your marketing centrally. Meta ads, Google, local SEO. Leads get nurtured and either self-book into your schedule through our 24/7 booking system or get caught by our call centre. You show up, do great work, build some presence in your local community, and grow. You fund the ad spend to the platforms.
We also provide access to our local marketing playbooks, the same ones we used to build our presence in the founding business. This includes systems for generating low cost local leads to build your business in your local community.

Our training system takes someone with zero industry experience and gets them productive and earning within a month.
What we look for isn't cleaning experience.
It's drive, the ability to follow a system, and the willingness to build something.
Fresh Front is new franchise system but it's not a new business. We've been operating and refining a succesful business for nearly 10 years now. The systems are battle tested and our experience 'in the weeds' is vast.
Being early has advantages: territories wide open, direct founder access, and a system that moves fast. Every big franchise started somewhere.

There's a definitive process we go through to work with the right people - there's some legal reviews and cooling off periods as well as training and equipment fit out, launch plans and setup. We do lots of training up front, over 40 hours of online training before you even tough any equipment. That's followed by 3 days in our HQ running over all facets of the business and leads to us coming your market to help you launch and prime the machine.
Ongoing - we're partners and there are various support channels to lean to help you, right down to calling the founder if you get stuck.
We've found that a lot of the support can be done remotely as we can jump into your software and tweak things, tell you what to click - meta glasses and/or a facetime call can be a game changer for on site issues too.
Let's not forget we are all in this together and can leverage our network of like minded peers who are all in the same boat - we run our own online community which is a closed inner circle of high performing business owners.
Running our own system for a decade taught us a few things - when things aren't going right we know where to look. We know what KPI's to measure and have all the data to make the right call. This is really powerful in helping someone recreate our success.
